What boaters say about Panga tours & charters
- 5.0/5(2 Hr – Costal Boat Adventure - 11:00 AM)
Afternoon on the water
Captain Chris was informative ahead of the trip and during the trip. We had a fantastic afternoon and plan on more excursions with Captain Chris.

Sunset cruise was amazing
Myself and two other girlfriends with their Yorkie went on an 8pm ride with Captain Sean. The weather cleared up, the sunset was amazing, the sights were incredible. We had a bonus close up sighting of some dolphins, too! Captain Sean was spectacular, we had a great time and would charter with him again.

Great Activities
The boating excursion was a great experience. The staff was friendly, organized, and made everyone feel safe throughout the trip. The scenery was beautiful, and the ride was both relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was well planned, and I appreciated the opportunity to spend time on the water and take in the views. Overall, it was a fun excursion, and I would recommend it to others looking for an enjoyable outdoor activity.

Half Day Snorkeling Trip
What stood out first to me was professionalism and experience. Captain Mike had a knowledge of the Bahamian waters that truly impressed me and experience that made me feel very safe and secure. The professionalism was also very noteworthy. He was on time, respectful and conducted himself like a true business professional. When I’m in the Bahamas and feeling a boat day he will definitely be my first choice next time. Thanks for the memories and thank you for being a great captain.
About Panga
A Panga is a simple, seaworthy fishing boat known for its tough build and easy handling. Its light hull and efficient shape help it ride smoothly and use less fuel. If you want a no-fuss platform for adventure, a Panga offers reliable performance with a friendly learning curve.
Most Pangas have an open deck with a center console for clear movement and easy casting. The high bow, or front, helps keep spray down in chop. A narrow beam, or width, and shallow draft let the boat slip into skinny water yet still track well offshore.
Pangas shine on coastal fishing trips, from flats and mangroves to nearshore reefs. Captains often troll at low speed or drift while jigging, and the boat’s long, lean hull hops on plane fast when you throttle up. Many crews also use a Panga for island hopping, beach landings, snorkeling support, and wildlife watching in calm seas.
This boat suits first-time boaters, families, and seasoned anglers who value space and simplicity. Expect basic seating, dry storage for small gear, and sturdy rod holders. Pack sun protection, a light jacket, soft-soled shoes, and a small bag to keep the deck clear. You may feel some spray, so quick-dry clothing helps. The stable ride and easy boarding make the day relaxed and fun.
Before you cast off, check local rules for licenses, permits, and safety gear. Follow capacity ratings and carry life jackets, also called PFDs, for everyone on board. In the United States, review USCG guidance and avoid BUI, or boating under the influence. Share a simple float plan, which tells someone your route and return time, and watch the weather.
