Amazing Catalina Island Trip
We left Long Beach harbor around 8:30 am. We returned around 7:30 pm. In between we had the most incredible experience fishing, sightseeing and enjoying the boat. Knowledge from our Captain and help from our first mate made our trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend! It was a dream day!

What a ride!
Capt Jon was awesome! Such a nice guy and his deck hand too. Took a ride out to Two Harbors, ate lunch, cruised the island and headed back home. Amenities and vibe on the boat were great. Thanks for a great time!

Top notch experience
We loved our evening on the Fox Sea Lady. It was a perfect night. The captain and first mate made it feel like we were on a boat with friends! They listened to what we wanted the experience to be and rolled with it. Even let us choose the music for the evening! Thank you so much!
About Convertible
A Convertible is a sportfishing yacht that blends fishing power with cruising comfort. It is the top pick for anglers who also want space to relax with family or friends. Book a trip on a Convertible if you want to chase big fish offshore, then unwind in a cool, quiet cabin.
Most Convertibles run from about 35 to 60 feet. They feature a large cockpit at the stern for fishing, and an enclosed salon for seating and meals. Many also have a flybridge, which is an upper deck with an extra helm, for great views while you run. Inboard diesel engines give strong range and a smooth ride. Expect a stable hull, wide decks, and safe handholds to move around with ease.
This boat shines on offshore and nearshore trips. Crews often troll for tuna, mahi, or billfish, and can also bottom fish reefs and wrecks. Big livewells keep bait healthy. Insulated fish boxes chill your catch. The cockpit layout makes it easy to cast off, fight fish, and land them through the transom door. When seas calm down, many guests cruise, swim, or anchor for lunch.
A Convertible suits beginners, families, and seasoned anglers. New boaters like the covered salon, shade, and private head, which is a bathroom on board. Bring sun protection, soft‑soled shoes, snacks, and any motion relief you prefer. Crews supply rods and tackle on most trips, and they will explain how to use the gear at the dock.
Before you go, check local rules. You may need fishing licenses or permits, and bag limits can change by season. Follow captain and crew safety briefings, wear life jackets or PFDs as advised, and respect USCG rules and no‑alcohol BUI laws in your area.
