What boaters say about Sailing, Catamaran & Gulet Tours
- 5.0/5(1 Hour – Dolphin Watching Tour - 5:30 PM)
Great, easy evening cruise and dolphin watch
Captain Mike was a wonderful guide for our family of 5! We enjoyed a low key cruise with plenty of opportunities to stop and watch the dolphins and birds. The kids especially loved being able to walk around the boat and see the large ships up close. It was a great experience for the whole family, and we hope to join Captain Mike for another excursion in the future!
- 5.0/5(2 Hour – Sunset Tour)
Lisbon sunser cruise delight
We had a wonderful sunset cruise on the Tagus. Captain Miguel and his mate, also Miguel, were knowledgeable, gracious, and highly skilled. The views of Lisbon at sunset were breathtaking, and the wine and snacks were a lovely touch. An outstanding experience we highly recommend!
- 5.0/5(3 Hour – Private Charter - 10:00 AM)
The Perfect Day!
Mark and his son were awesome! It was a gorgeous day to be on the water and they made the day just perfect! I would highly recommend Island Time!

Such a special experience
Me and my sisters booked this private charter to celebrate my moms 60th birthday. One of the best experiences of our lives. Major kudos to Duncan for helping us make this trip something to remember. Thank you!

Chill & Authentic
Caltain Geoff is very chill and down-to-earth; our kind of person. He even alrayed the dog down with a hose at thendock because she got hot. Not much wind today—but we crusied oit yo sea woth the motor. it was enjoyable.
About Sailing, Catamaran & Gulet Tours
Sailing, Catamaran & Gulet Tours let you slow down and enjoy the sea. You glide under sail, relax on deck, and watch the coast roll by. Catamarans feel wide and steady. Gulets are classic wooden yachts with warm style. If you want calm water time without crowds, this is a great pick.
Expect smooth travel, fresh air, and plenty of views. Your crew trims the sails and sets a relaxed pace. You may anchor in quiet coves for a swim or snorkel. Most boats have sun pads and a shaded cockpit, so you can lounge in comfort between stops.
Your trip starts with a short safety talk and plan for the day. Life jackets, also called PFDs, are on board for all guests. You cast off, then enjoy a mix of sailing and light motoring if winds ease. Choose a shared cruise, a private charter, or a multi-day trip with cabins. Many crews offer easy add‑ons like paddleboards or simple snacks.
This suits first‑timers, families, couples, and small groups. Catamarans are very stable, which helps new sailors and kids. Bring sun protection, a light jacket, and soft bags that stow easily. Wear non‑slip shoes. If you get seasick, ask the crew for calm seats near the center of the boat.
Before you go, check local rules for your area. Some places need permits or a licensed captain on board. Follow posted safety signs and the boat’s capacity rating. In the United States, crews follow USCG rules. Avoid alcohol at the helm, respect marine parks, and follow crew instructions at all times.
