From the original booking through the day of the trip, Giovanni was accommodating to our wishes and also willing to provide guidance where required. great day when in Portofino
alessio took us out for a three hour tour when our ship stopped in Portofino. That gave us time to walk around, shop, eat, drink, and still go see things by water, which was wonderful! He provided snacks and drinks and gave us insight to the area, it was absolutely a great day and then we would do it again!
