Capt. Scott holds a 100 gross ton US Coast Guard captain's license and has been fishing and touring around Amelia Island and Cumberland Island since 2001. Prior to starting a fishing and nature tour business in Fernandina Beach; he was in the ship building industry for over thirty years.
