- Background
- Captain Scott Brown began his nautical career in 1973 in Stone Harbor, NJ. Since then, he has captained numerous boats along the East Coast of the U.S. and through the Abaco Islands of the Bahamas. With a career spanning six decades, he still refers to his profession as a "labor of love." Captain Scott enjoys interacting with children and dogs and encourages you to bring them along on your tour. Among his many accolades and achievements, he is most proud of helping launch the careers of other captains through his mentorship. He is also proud of his time as a tour guide and naturalist on the Loxahatchee River from Jonathan Dickinson State Park, as well as earning his Dive Master certification from the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI). Any outdoor activity, especially nautical adventures, is his true passion.
- Techniques
- I love interacting with nature especially bottle nose dolphins, manatees and nautical birds of prey such as osprey and eagles. I am also especially fond of Pelicans. Any activity on the water is great!
