For your peace of mind, please note that flying is not permitted for pregnant women, children under 6 years old, or individuals under 50 pounds. To enjoy the boat as a spectator, children must be at least 3 years old and weigh at least 30 pounds. To ensure safety, the consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited before and during parasailing, as well as on board the vessel.

Waivers are required for all participants, and for minors, they must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
