I became a boat operator on Cat Ba Island because I have always enjoyed being on the water and sharing the beauty of my local area in Lan Ha Bay with visitors. Over time, I learned more about operating boats, navigation, and how to ensure passengers have a safe and enjoyable journey. What drives me most in this job is meeting people from different parts of the world and helping them create memorable experiences. Every day on the water is different, and I enjoy showing visitors beautiful landscapes, peaceful bays, and places they might never discover on their own. For me, being a boat operator is more than just a job. It is an opportunity to do something I enjoy, connect with people, and proudly share the natural beauty of my home with others.
