On a typical trip, the crew takes you to a sheltered spot with light wind and small waves. The captain may anchor the boat so the area stays calm. You launch from the swim platform or stern, then glide over clear flats or along a quiet shoreline. Expect smooth water, gentle wake, and time to relax between sessions on deck.

Before you cast off, the crew gives a short lesson on stance and balance. They explain simple terms like bow (front) and stern (back) to help with directions. Life jackets, also called PFDs, are provided and required for all guests. A guide stays nearby in a center console or skiff for support. Trips often run at sunrise or near sunset for the best light and calmer water.

Paddleboard Activity suits beginners, families, and active travelers. Strong swimmers enjoy extra freedom, but non-swimmers can join while wearing a PFD. Bring a hat, reef-safe sunscreen, water shoes, and a light towel. Pack a dry bag for your phone and keys. Expect to get a little wet and to move your core muscles. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol before you paddle.
