Target one of the most elusive and best-eating fish that swim in the Gulf of Mexico. High-speed troll with specialized gear and tournament-proven lures along the deep drop-offs then tend to hold fish. Fish over 50 lbs is common. We typically set out 4 lines and troll between 8 and 15 knots. When Wahoo strikes, it is unmistakable – the reel screams and we all yell "wahoo!". Eight to 10-hour trip, up to 6 guests max.

We offer a unique bluewater fishing experience onboard our luxury 45' Hatteras Convertible Sportfisherman. Tournament winning Capt. Matt Condon will guide you into the Desota Canyon in search of the big one! We will fish the FADS, color changes, and the steep cliffs. We sail at 8 pm and back by 6:00 pm the next day, 22 hours total. Have fun, then bed down, and we'll have the lines in at sunup on the fishing grounds.  We'll start fishing back in the afternoon. Perfect bucket list trip!
