4 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise (PM) on January 5, 2025
Our group of four (two adults and two 18-year-old boys) had an amazing time with Fishing Cancún Charters! Captain Hector, along with crew members Omar and Andreas, were fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We caught barracuda and needlefish, and the crew’s experience really showed as they guided us to the best spots and ensured we had a smooth, fun experience. They were always ready to assist and made the trip both exciting and stress-free. The boat was clean and well-equipped, perfect for our group. Whether you’re experienced or new to fishing, these guys will make sure you have a great time. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable Fishing Adventure in Cancun with an Outstanding Crew!
Our group of four (two adults and two 18-year-old boys) had an amazing time with Fishing Cancún Charters! Captain Hector, along with crew members Omar and Andreas, were fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. 10 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise on December 23, 2024
We booked a 10hr fishing trip with hector. He was great at communicating prior to the trip and provided an exact location of where to meet him. We got out and immediately started catching fish. We targeted multiple different species and were able to hook up on multiple barracuda and bonito and a single mahi mahi. The crew was great at explaining and educating us on how and why they were fishing the way there were. They were fun and energetic making a full day of fishing a lot of fun. The boat was a decent boat, we brought 3 adults on the trip and there wasn’t room for much more at the back of the boat with two crew also back there. I wouldn’t recommend this boat for any more than 3 people. Throughout the day we fished several different locations and techniques of fishing we fished approximately two hours off shore and didn’t feel as if we were fishing “regular” guided spots. There was almost no one within eye sight of us for 90% of our fishing adventure. Overall it was a great trip with plenty of fish and would recommend for a smaller group.

10 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise
Good trip!
We booked a 10hr fishing trip with hector. He was great at communicating prior to the trip and provided an exact location of where to meet him. We got out and immediately started catching fish. We targeted multiple different species and were able to hook up on multiple barracuda and bonito and a single mahi mahi. 10 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise on July 10, 2024
Our first trip to Isla Mujeres. We Had no clue what fishing charter to take. So we looked at the google reviews, and took a chance. We nailed it. This captain and crew knew exactly what to do. They were professional, and honest. They knew where to put us on fish. We booked a 10 hour excursion and fished ALL 10 hours, maybe a little more. You definitely get your moneys worth here. I would recommend this charter 10 times over. They are excellent. Our catch included 20+ Bonita, 4 Barracuda, 1 Amberjack, 1 9ft. Grey shark that fought for 3 hours, and to top it all off on the last cast of the day was a sail fish. Thank you so much for an unforgettable time. I will remeber this the rest of my life!!!

10 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise

Our first trip to Isla Mujeres. We Had no clue what fishing charter to take. So we looked at the google reviews, and took a chance. We nailed it. This captain and crew knew exactly what to do. They were professional, and honest. They knew where to put us on fish. We booked a 10 hour excursion and fished ALL 10 hours, maybe a little more. You definitely get your moneys worth here. I would recommend this charter 10 times over. They are excellent. Our catch included 20+ Bonita, 4 Barracuda, 1 Amberjack, 1 9ft. Grey shark that fought for 3 hours, and to top it all off on the last cast of the day was a sail fish. Thank you so much for an unforgettable time. I will remeber this the rest of my life!!!

Captain Hector and Crew Were Awesome
4 Hour Trip - Fishing/Cruise (PM) on May 1, 2024
Captain Hector, first mate Omar and deckhand Andreas were awesome! We originally booked a 6 hour trip in late April 2024, but Hector messaged a few days before to inform me there was severe weather forecasted for our chosen day and asked if we had any other days available. We settled on an afternoon later that week, and they were extremely flexible letting us change to a 4hr trip and even move the start time back to 2pm to meet our schedule. The crew greeted us as we arrived at the marina and from there on out it was a blast. The boat was in great shape, stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks and easily held our group of 6 adults. As soon as we left the dock the crew got busy getting lures ready and lines in the water. You could tell they were super passionate about fishing and are out on the water a lot. They knew right where to take us in the time we had and it didn’t take long to get us on a school of Amberjack. We were tripled up at one point and got three good sized fish in the boat and a fourth soon after. We ended up catching six jack and a small Barracuda in the short time that we had. Omar whipped us up some amazing Ceviche with the jack on our way back to the dock and it was to die for. They even filleted up some more of our fish for us to get cooked back at our resort (highly recommend, was delicious). The whole time crew worked their tails off and I’m sure never stopped until we were long gone. Overall, Hector and his crew were awesome and we would definitely recommend them to any other anglers looking for a good day out on the water! The 4 hour trip was great, but next time we would definitely go for at least the 6 hour trip.

Amazing day on the water with my father, wife, and 5 year old son. Private sport charter is always the way to go. Crew and captain were world class pros. Provided, water and beers, all bait, rods etc. The moment we left the marina, we were trolling immediately. Right off the bat we caught Bonita one after another - 9 in total. These things are tough to fight. Once our cooler was full we used a bottom rig, used the next Bonita we caught as bait and caught a once on a lifetime 100 pound snapper! A true trophy fish. Once back at the marina, the crew cut up the Bonita with soy sauce, lime, onions and habanero. We had enough fish to feed all the tourists and marina staff! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Quick and easy uber to the marina from hotel zone or Playa Mujeres.
