We were scheduled for 1/2 day at 8am.I confirmed meeting point and time the day before. After waiting 10 minutes at meet-up I called the number provided for Maria and was told the captain would be there in 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later no one showed up and they were not answering the phone or messages. 5 minutes later Jaime showed up and said the captain had been in an accident and that a new captain would come in 15 minutes. He also said the credit card machine didn’t work and we would need to go to ATM. After figuring out the exchange (booked price in USD) and going over that I had already paid a deposit as they wanted full amount - we agreed on an amount. After getting money out Jaime was no where to be found and I wasn’t sure if he was coming back. I decided not to go on the trip as I wanted to go to market after fishing and by the time we would return it would be mostly closed. My dad waited another 30 minutes before anyone returned. He went out about 9:30 an hour and a half after the scheduled time. The captain and crew were fine but they don’t schedule it directly. I would not recommend booking through this company.
