6 Hour Trip – Fishing & Sandbar on August 22, 2024
Captain Spencer was great! He called me the night before to make a game plan for our trip. We caught everything I hoped to catch including red grouper and mutton snapper. We went home with plenty of meat to take to a local restaurant and even more to bring back home to NJ to cook up for my family. This was my girlfriend’s first fishing trip and she had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Captain Spencer to anyone looking for a fishing charter in Key West and we will definitely book with him next time we are back.

Captain Spencer was great! He called me the night before to make a game plan for our trip. We caught everything I hoped to catch including red grouper and mutton snapper. 4 Hour – Fishing & Sandbar (AM) on April 9, 2024
Spencer was awesome! Communication was top notch. Spoke briefly the night before to make sure the trip was setup properly and make sure everything was ready for the AM. The boat was well maintained and clean. For gear, he runs all Shimano Saragosa reels and custom rods, with a St.Croix and Shimano light tackle rod mixed in. The day was definitely not ideal with high whipping winds, but Spencer was able to navigate this to make it as enjoyable as possible. We wanted to get into tarpons and he did not disappoint. Hooked up 3 and landed 2 to the boat! To mix it up some, we were also able to catch some snappers for lunch. Will definitely book him again next time we're down in the Keys!

Spencer was awesome! Communication was top notch. Spoke briefly the night before to make sure the trip was setup properly and make sure everything was ready for the AM. Captain Spencer was very nice, sociable and knowledgeable. We caught lots of fish, some very nice size and he recommend a restaurant that would cook them. My brothers and I had a great time and will use Captain Spencer again in the future, thanks, Francis

Not only did he ensure that everyone caught fish, but my husband also had the thrill of catching a Nurse Shark—such an amazing moment! Spencer then took us to a sandbar, just as we requested. I highly recommend booking this charter!

My wife and I had an excellent time in the 6 hour trip. We started at 7am to beat *some* of the heat, and it was well worth it. We caught 10+ red grouper with 2 keepers, several lane and yellowtail snapper, and my wife hauled in a nice Mutton snapper. Thank you Spencer for an awesome day!
