Fantastic Experience

A fantastic time for me and my 2 sons. Capt. Jesse was on point. His experience fishing inland/inlet and the backcountry was apparent. He moved from honey hole to honey hole to put us on top of the fish. Caught several varieties: black drum, redfish, trout, flounder, snapper, black seabass, and jack. He also told us quite a lot of the local history as we were on the water. We had so much fun fishing that we didn't realize we had gone past our alloted time. I would definitely recommend Capt. Jesse and would fish with him when back in the area.

Our trip with Captain Stubbs was great from beginning to end! He is obviously very experienced and cares about his passengers. He tells you all about the local history and does everything he can to make sure you find a spot with some fish. He never once seemed frustrated; even when we kept losing our bait and he had to re-bait our hooks for us over and over. We would highly recommend and wish we were in town for longer or we would have booked him for another day!

BEST INSHORE TRIP EVER!!

Wow! Jesse is the best and most entertaining captain we have had yet and I am an avid angler as well as my family. We have chartered many times but this one was our favorite trip ever. Captain Jesse Stubbs was extremely fun to fish with and kept the whole family involved and with big smiles on at all times! We were on the fish from the moment we dropped a line in the water, and the captain was great at adapting to the conditions and knowing what we should do next. My daughter literally said I think my wrist is gonna fall off because she fought so many fish! From beautiful Flounder to Bull Redfish we did it all. The captain never made us feel rushed or pressured and was very helpful throughout the entire trip. I have been fishing for 35 years and I truly enjoyed this particular trip more than any I have been on! Thank you Captain and we will be back!

Jesse was so knowledgeable about the history of the area, loved learning at the same time as fishing. Made time for my dad and son as was their first time fishing in waters like this. He was in very helpful had many jokes, the conversation was easy and it was like fishing with family. We were never discouraged when fish weren't biting, just kept moving to new spots. Jesse knew all the spots and how to fish them and when we got to this one spot we were gankin them. We caught many species and we're able to get some to cook that night. I would highly recommend this charter as I know I'll be fishing with him again. More than a captain ot was like fishing with a friend.

What a great time we had with Captain Jesse. Not only did we fish several areas and caught a variety of fish but got a great history lesson of the Fernandina area. Jesse was a great help with all the baiting and reeling in the fish. Especially for this 70 year old woman! Jesse was very attentive to my 14 year old grandson, helping his bait his hook, showing him how to cast and how to reel them in. My two sons enjoyed the day and caught several just under 1/4" legal fish. A disappointment but was worth all the little white fish they caught. It was truly a wonderful experience to spend the day with "my boys" and hopefully a memorable one as well. Book with Captain Jesse and you won't be disappointed.
