4 Hour Trip (PM) on October 26, 2024
First time visitor to Punta Cana, here for a wedding and wanted to go fishing with some family. I researched all of the charters and sent an inquiry to the captain of the Fishing Machine. Received a response in minutes. Inquired about the forecast, payment, transportation to the boat from the hotel. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Once I firmed the family schedule I booked the reservation. Was picked up at the hotel (small extra fee), got to the boat, the crew was waiting and greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. We hit the water for a 4 hour PM charter and caught a wahoo within 30 minutes. Then nothing until the last hour and landed a white marlin. Three adult males got a chance to reel it in because it was exhausting for just one. The crew was awesome! Giving guidance on how to land the marlin and encouraging us to take pictures and videos. Total professionals and great senses of humor! Needless to say we had a great experience on the Fishing Machine! Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience with the Fishing Machine crew!
First time visitor to Punta Cana, here for a wedding and wanted to go fishing with some family. I researched all of the charters and sent an inquiry to the captain of the Fishing Machine. My family and I booked a 4 hour fishing trip on the Fishing Machine whilst we were in the Dominican Republic last week, they arranged for our transport to the boat for a reasonable fee as well. We were made to feel very welcome on the boat by the captain and his 2 crew. We sailed out about 10 miles or so and started fishing, we are complete novices and we weren't really sure what to expect but the crew were great. We caught 3 Barracuda's, would have been nice to catch more but that's fishing I suppose!! Even if we hadn't of caught anything we would have loved our time on the boat as it was so relaxed just bobbing up and down enjoying the view and having a drink. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the Fishing Machine for a lovely afternoon.

2024 Family Fishing Trip
6 Hour Trip on August 9, 2024
The Captain and his crew were fantastic from the minute we showed up to the boat. They were very accommodating with making my family feel comfortable on this trip. The Captain was so considerate and understanding but unfortunately we had a couple of people that got sea sick and had to cut our trip short. Even though we cut it short we all had a great time. We did catch something that we would have never guessed we would catch. We caught a good sized Blue Marlin. It was definitely a blast to reel it in. It put up a great fight. We also caught a couple of Barracuda's as well. This is trip that everyone in my family will remember for ever. I would love to come back out with this crew in the future. I recommend them to anyone interested.

8 Hour Trip on December 15, 2024
Full day’s fishing charter on the 15th, can’t thank the crew and captain enough! After a slow start, getting nothing in the first 4 hours, the captain and crew did everything they could to put us on to fish! In the next 4 we couldn’t stop catching! We ended up with 11 Mahi Mahi, 2 Barracudas and even a Sail fish to top it all off! We had two of the Mahi filleted to take back to the hotel for dinner too! Great day all around, don’t lose hope if it’s a slow start as they’re constantly doing whatever they can to give you the best experience!
